1 Definitions and Scope

In these terms and conditions, "Platform" refers to the bd gaming website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who accesses the platform, whether or not they have completed registration.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd gaming offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• One promotional offer cannot be combined with another at the same time unless the terms explicitly permit it.
• bd gaming reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through abuse, multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Casino game outcomes are determined by the servers of the relevant game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe) — bd gaming has no involvement in those results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost mid-game due to a server error or internet disruption, bd gaming will attempt to recover the data for that game round as quickly as possible. Any unusual winnings arising from a technical fault may be subject to review.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bot or script to participate in games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to bd gaming's systems, software or network.
• Harassing, threatening or using offensive language toward other members or staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bd gaming

bd gaming may temporarily or permanently suspend an account at any time due to a breach of these terms, unusual activity or security-related reasons. Any legitimate funds in the account at the time of suspension will be kept safe and, where appropriate, returned after the investigation is complete.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request account closure at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any existing funds and any fully cleared bonus.

9 Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the bd gaming platform — logos, designs, text, images and software — is the intellectual property of bd gaming or its content suppliers. Reproducing, distributing or using any of it commercially without written permission is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability
